It was fairly clean, the staff was welcoming and nice, plus the service was nice. We had immaculate and quiet room with smoke detectors. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from National Gallery. This hotel was set in a comfortable area.

Wonderful stay, as always. Beautiful old and well priced place. Wonderful fantastic location, right in the center of the historic area of Perugia. And not far from the spectacular centre, the train station and many sights. Fully renovated and reasonably large rooms with an adequate bathroom, good services.

I had a fantastic stay at Priori Secret Garden. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. The view from my room on the 2nd floor was amazing, overlooking the beautiful breakfast terrace and surrounding hills and mountains. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, which I really appreciated. The room was comfortable, clean, and serviced daily. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options including bacon and eggs on request. I loved my stay and would definitely book again.
No 🙁 The only minor drawback was that the bread at breakfast wasn't always fresh.

Well it felt a little tired. The breakfast was not so speacial and the many type written notes stuck to many surfaces gave a restrictive feeling. It wouldn't take much to address these points.On the question below, I have indicated I would not recommend the hotel but I may do so because the location is so great

Amazing staff, spotless and cozy rooms, perfect terrace to relax with a drink. Great location near the heart of the old town. Hassle-free parking service. Lovely terrace dining with helpful staff and nice decor. Central location, albeit limited parking. Incredible view from our room. The best restaurants just a few steps away. My favorite place in Italy.
